2016 Event

The 2016 Community Quilting Event was held at the Randolph Community Center on March 12, 2016.  Bed quilts, wall quilts, table runners made by guild members were displayed.  There was a bed turning,   and a show & tell of quilts by both members of the community & Kattywampus.  

Judy Gauthier, author of "Quilts for Scrap Lovers" and owner of Bungalow Quilting &Yarn shop showed us the quilts that inspired her new book.

In the afternoon there was a Jelly Roll quilt-along where participants made their own strip quilt using Jell Rolls. A Jelly Roll is a packaged set of  fabric strips 2 1/2 in. by 44 in. long. Instead of purchasing a jelly roll, you can cut your own jelly roll strips.
